Is your password guessable?

Enter your own details. You get the list an attacker would try, then check whether your real password is on it. Nothing leaves this browser.

Leave a field empty to skip it. Latin letters work best. Everything stays in your browser.

Why personal passwords fail

A password built from your name, birth year, family name and phone tail looks strong because it is long. It is not. Every part comes from one fact about you, so an attacker who knows those facts has only a few thousand guesses to make — not billions.

This page builds that guess list from your own details so you can see for yourself whether your password is on it. It never sends anything, never logs in anywhere, and keeps nothing after you close the tab.

Safe to type your details? Yes, if you are running this copy yourself. Open the Network tab and confirm there are no requests. For a hosted copy you do not trust, download the source and serve it locally with one command.
